Helps with constipation
Its hard to know what my body can do. Im on pain killers and that causes constipation. Im sure the stool softener helped. I take 2 at bedtime.

Does not work
This does not work at all for me. I have tried other brands (dulcolax and walmart brand) that work. I decided to try this because I have Amazon pantry but I will not be ordering it again.
