The Hammer and Hold expansion for Warhammer: Diskwars adds fifty disks to the forces of Order, including heroes and units for the Wood Elves, Lizardmen and Dwarfs. Along with these disks and the regiments they can form, come new rules for Poison and the powerful keywords, Guard X and Stalwart. Still, it's the Dwarfs that are the true stars of Hammer and Hold and the expansion comes with enough Dwarf heroes and units to muster three full regiments. Fueled by a host of ancient grudges, these tough and stalwart warriors guard their holds and press the fight to their enemies with axes, hammers, runes and war machines. Dwarf troops stand among the game's toughest units and their heroes' abilities and command cards allow them to rise to the challenges of any fight. This is not a stand-alone deck. A Warhammer: Diskwars core set is required to play.

It's still a lot of fun to play though
I lose this game consistently to my wife. It's still a lot of fun to play though, and the expansions really broaden the depth of the game. This makes for a quick setup and quick play that still scratches the table-top minis wargame itch and its a MUCH cheaper way to get into that hobby to see if you even like such games before investing a lot of time and money into a proper miniatures army.

Really enjoy the additional army disks and the flexibility it brings to the Disk Wars series of games. Game did come in a damaged box but Amazon reviewed my claim and issued a credit for damages. Cannot speak too highly of a company that stands by its' products and services. Thank You Amazon.

Another fun expansion to the Diskwars game. I love it so far! Its fun and ready to play, although I do miss using miniatures.

Nani alla riscossa!!
Espansione bella bella... Attenzione però: questa introduce un intero nuovo esercito dei nani e dischi in più per gli imperiali e gli efli e nuove unità di lizardman e elfi dei boschi per personalizzare i comandi ma solo per la parte dell'ordine (un totale di 50 dischi di cui 37 piccoli). Per unità del male c'è l'espansione Legions of Darkness (LoD). Nuove regole per l'avvelenamento e keyword di abilità per i dischi.In finale una bellissima espansione. Must have!

Consegna puntuale e precisa come è ormai lecito aspettarsi da Amazon, il gioco vale davvero la candela, e con ben pochi euro rispetto alla spesa necessaria per acquistare un'esercito del tradizionale Warhammer, avrete un tactical games eccezionale.

All the contents of the box were intact, no missing pieces as the box was sealed. It's a great game, lot of fun for Warhammer lovers...recommended!!
