Excellent for conference calls.
The participants on conference calls do not hear the background noise on my end, but hear me perfectly.I can be in the warehouse troubleshooting issues and they cannot hear the lift trucks around me. I also love the easy access mute, volume, disconnect buttons. Very nice when holding your laptop with one hand and having to move around. It is great for normal office settings as well, but most headsets can do that.This is not what you want if you are looking to listen to music. This is engineered for voice quality, and engineered very well.

Not good on noise cancelling
I work from home and once my family comes home, it becomes noisy etc. I'd hoped they worked, but they did not. My son was clearly able to hear in the background. Although, music was not heard as easily.

Very good quality - no so good audio
The headsets seem to be geared more toward voice quality than audio quality. I have a $30 Bluetooth headset that sounds MUCH better. Treble and higher frequencies are muted.
