These are really good if you want to use them for sleep disorder. They are easily swallowed and start to work very quickly. Just make sure that you are not driving or doing anything on which you need to concentrate. Drowsiness comes on very quickly.Gives a good nights sleep.

Melatonin hasn't been working for me for awhile and I needed something to help and this did the trick. This is an awesome value with it being a two pack. I prefer gel caps with this type of sleep aid as it seems to work quicker.

This works well, even though it's basically Benadryl, these seem to work better for me than plain Benadryl tablets, likely because of the gel capsules. But omg the crazy dreams I have on these!!! I don't experience dreams like this with plain Benadryl. My daughter takes them as well and also experiences weird dreams. They're not bad enough to call nightmares in my opinion, but others may feel like they are. I don't normally recall my dreams enough to describe them but I vividly remember them when I take these. It's not bad enough for me to stop taking one every night, but might be for others. I take one, occasionally 2 at night. More than that will have the opposite effect and make you feels jumpy all night. Overall I will keep using and buying them.

This sleep aid works great. I take it a few hours before bed and sleep great and you don't wake up with that hungover feeling that some sleep aid products can give you.

These are basically benadryl or Diphenhydramine. There 1000 capsules bottles for $20, But I think The gel caps work better. Maybe Its in my head. But I do feel more drowsy with the same mg dose.Ya am weird.

I was having trouble falling asleep and was using Tylenol PM. I did not need the Acetaminophen. With this I am only getting the sleep aid and a good price. One of these have the same amount of sleep aid as 2 Tylenol PM's.
