ok .. this thing ...it looks like some sort of s and m item BUT .. on getting it i opened it up and it didnt come with instructions ,so i sat there thinking > this is going to FIT .. really .. it is slightly tapered on the edges but without instructions i dont know exactly what way up it goes so i tried both .. putting it on was a case of bucking it before stepping into and sliding up as doing on was impossible . when i got it on it actually was ok . and i wore it out too the shops too see if anyone said anything about me wearing it (under a t shirt obv) .. and nope noone said anything so it seems that it is fairly incognitoit helped with y back issue making it feel better and very slightly made me thinner but not much for the effort (think the gym is still the viable option instead) .. so i wore this too the gym on the running machine and i will tell you WOW .. i had too take it off after 10 min it was really bad rode down once it got wet and was sticking into places that it was not supposed too, so for that use the gym is a no .. not for the larger guy as i am .. but as for a back support it actually does help .. and for a slimming thing .. meh its ok does do it but not much .. the main thing i got off it was the weird feeling like i wanted too slap my tummy all the time .. he h e.. good product but not as good as they say it is .
