Definitely a great men’s Vitamin!
I’ve used these vitamins for at least ten years and have been very satisfied. As a personal trainer I recommend them to male clients of all ages. They do need to be sealed and stored in a cool/dry place with the provided desiccant pack provided. (If exposed to moisture, they will swell and crumble.) They dissolve quickly after taken.

The most complete multivitamin out there and coming from a reliable brand. It is on the expensive side compared to any others. Also you need to take 3 tablets per dose.
