I got this on recommendation for a multi day sports event I was competing in in France in June last year. Hot weather, limited shelter and Long days can take their toll.I was a bit skeptic AK and, like a fool, I didn’t use it for the first few days. Sure enough, I came down with heatstroke (first time for me.) It became part of my recovery/continuity routine for the last few days of the comp and worked much better than I expected.This one came in a packet but I would recommend the type that comes in bottle. That way you can conserve the precious water you use to wet it so you don’t have to carry extra.
