TUDIA DualShield Designed for Google Pixel 3 XL Case (2018), [Merge] Shockproof Military Grade Raised Edge Slim Dual Layer Heavy Duty Protection - Matte Black

I previously used the Spigen Rugged Armor for my Nexus 6p and my Pixel 2XL and loved them. When j bought the same case for my Pixel 3XL I immediately knew I needed something different, it fit well but it was so slippery, there was no grip. The first thing about this case is nice packaging, just pleasing for the eyes. The moment I took the case out I immediately knew this was the right decision. The case feels nice to the touch, and has a slight rubbery feel which gives a nice grip and just feels pleasant. The fit is perfect and the buttons are raised, clicky, and easy to differentiate just by feel I got the mint color and it is also very vibrant and beautiful. It very quickly gets compliments. No drops yet, but it does feel like an extremely sturdy case, moreso than the Spigen. I'll definitely buy Tudia for every phone moving forward

The Tudia "Merge Series" case is my absolute favorite. I've been using them for years, and are the only ones I'll purchase. I've tried multiple brands over the years, and this one is by far the best one out there. It's comfortable to hold, and doesn't slip out of your hand. The side buttons (power/volume) are easy to press, unlike other cases where you have to use quite a bit of pressure to activate the buttons. I love the feel of the finish on the case, it's very smooth and doesn't mark easily. The rose gold color is absolutely beautiful, very classy and elegant looking. I ordered the black-on-black for my husband and he loves it. The dual layer protection is superior...this is fact, I'm clumsy and drop my phone often. The high quality and great price of this case makes it a hands-down 10/10!

The case fits the phone like a glove and the actual color is as pictured. Another review had mentioned that they weren't able to use the magnet sandwiched between the case and the phone with their magnetic car holder so I was a bit worried but mine works perfectly fine. So it's worth trying the magnet in case it works. There aren't too many options for cases for the Pixel 3 XL and I chose this one because it looked the most sturdy. I like that the case is double layered and the rounded edge on the front side has prevented my screen from coming in contact with the ground and scratches when I dropped it once so far. The only con is that the backside (the green side) doesn't have friction and for someone with small hands it's especially challenging to hold with one hand. The side grips help but mostly if your one hand is actually large enough to wrap around the entire phone (my hand barely does!). Overall happy with my purchase.

The color is great! Exactly what i had hoped for and my Pixel 3 XL fit perfectly. The active edge still works, though it works best if you make your active edge a bit more sensitive than normal. The back is smooth but it's not slippery so don't worry about it slipping out of your hands. I don't know if it's super durable or not. I haven't dropped my phone from a heart-attack height, so that hasn't really been tested. However it feels pretty sturdy without the weight or bulkiness that would come from an Otterbox or something like that.

Love the texture (soft and grippy but at the same time not sticky) and the colour, I used this for a while with my mint pixel 3XL (although you can't see the button colour through the case) with a matching colour pop socket. Buttons were easy to press and the fingerprint reader easily accessible, easily my favourite case for the phone. I legit drop my phone at least 3x a day, at least once on concrete or asphalt floor, so a good case and screen protector is a necessity for me. I had my phone in this case for about a year and a half (Aug 2019 - Nov 2020) and while it has protected my phone for that period of time, with the case taking on various scratches and nicks, it has finally started to crack on the bottom two corners. One of them is a hairline while the other one is visibly cracking and will most likely continue to split along the side. It was very good while it lasted and I am happy with the duration and the protection it provided! I will be buying another one to replace the current one.

Nice case that doesn't add too much bulk to the phone. It still feels like it will be helpful in the event of a drop, but hopefully don't have to find out the hard way. Can still use the active edge and didn't have to adjust the sensitivity, which was nice that it just works out of the box. I got the black case and I do like how it looks - really simple and stays with the look of the phone. The only things I don't like is that the texture on the back is a tad more slippery than I'd like it to be and there isn't a cover for the charging port. It's not grabby at all and I've caught it slipping a couple times already out of my hand. As for the lack of a cover on the charging port, it's not a deal breaker and probably won't hurt functionality at all but it would be additional piece of mind. However, given the price point this is still a great case.

I honestly really liked this case, or I wanted to at least. Two layers of pretty sturdy protection and looked pretty slick. Sadly, the material around the phone had no grip to it whatsoever. None. It was practically slipping out of my hands just taking in and out of my pocket. Wanted to like the case but couldn't get past the feeling of it falling from my hands constantly, so it was returned.

I cant express enough how much I like this case! It has raised edges to protect the screen on your phone when you set it down, that was something I was worried about. The color is nice and it is comfortable to hold. The case has a little texture so it doesn't just slip from your hand. You can still use the side squeeze gesture on the phone with the case and the fingerprint scanner is easily accessible. All of the buttons still work and the charger port opening is big enough. This is a really good case that still works with wireless charging.

Fingerprint reader still accessible and doesn't add much width to the phone. Lip above the screen stops unwanted scratches when placing the phone down screen first. Well built, sturdy and survived many drops, would buy again!

This is the best case I have ever had. Sturdy and tough. Looks smart and, despite the bright turquoise colour it does not mark. First class.
