⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great System, Excellent Customer Service!I purchased the iSpring RCC7AK 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System a month ago, and I’m very happy with both the performance and the support I received.Installation was pretty straightforward, even for someone who isn’t especially handy. The instructions were clear, and the parts were well-labeled.The water quality is outstanding — the taste is clean, crisp, and noticeably better than our regular tap water. I especially appreciate the alkaline remineralization filter, which adds healthy minerals back into the water and gives it a more natural taste compared to flat RO water.About a week after installation, I ran into a small issue with a slow leak at one of the fittings. I reached out to iSpring support and Nick was incredibly helpful — he walked me through a quick fix over the phone, sent me a replacement part just in case, and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. That level of service really gave me confidence that I chose the right company.The water pressure is good, the storage tank holds enough for our daily drinking and cooking needs, and the faucet looks nice and doesn’t drip.If you’re looking for a reliable RO system with an extra stage for remineralization — and top-notch support if you ever need it — I’d highly recommend the iSpring RCC7AK. I ordered the iSpring RCC7AK 6 stage RO system after moving into a new home because the company that installed my previous system wanted to charge almost 3 times the cost of purchasing this from Amazon. I want to give a major shout out to Sean at the iSpring Customer Service Team who was very helpful and kind to me.First off, the hardware in my kitchen is mostly brass but the options on Amazon only offer a nickel finish or black matte faucet. I ordered the nickel finish option and planned to buy a third party brass faucet to go with the decor in my kitchen. To my surprise, when I called customer service, Sean was kind enough to send the antique brass faucet directly at no charge after showing my proof of purchase, without having to return the nickel faucet that came with the original order. This already put the company in my good books.Secondly, I consider myself a generally handy guy but had never dealt with anything plumbing related so I planned to pay a plumber to install the system for me. Sean was so nice and encouraged me to follow the youtube video instructions by scanning the QR code on the packaging and he was confident that i could install the unit myself. I must say the Youtube video was SPOT ON and everything works exactly as was explained in the video. The installation took me about 3 hours to complete but that was because I was extra doubtful of my ability and eventually I had a leak because I didn't fully tighten the inlet water fitting to my cold water line. When I fixed that and performed the initial system flush, everything worked PERFECTLY.Thirdly, the water tastes GREAT! No more having to purchase bottled water and the comforting thing is that the replacement filters cost WAY LESS than what the previous company from my old house would charge and these are readily accessible via Amazon. This makes things so convenient.Finally, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving iSpring a try. They are a great company and really know how to take care of their customers. For those at iSpring reading this comment, please give Sean a raise and make sure he is commended for his great service and in making sure this homeowner is content and his wife is happy with clean drinking water at home! The iSpring RO system has been a great addition to our home. Installation was surprisingly easy, took us close to 4 hours. The water tastes clean and fresh with no chemical aftertaste. The system feels well-made and runs quietly. One issue we faced was the RO faucet kept leaking but that was quickly solved by their customer service rep Julius who sent a new spare part quickly and for free. We have no other problems for now. Overall, it’s a reliable and affordable solution for anyone looking to improve their drinking water quality.

On the recommendation of our contractor, we purchased this system for our condo at South Padre Island, Texas. System was installed by our contractor and worked great; you could really tell a difference in the clarity and taste of the water. Contractor also ran a separate line to our refrigerator so that we could use filtered water in our ice maker.Since we don't use the condo everyday, the filters lasted 4+ years until I changed them in January, 2024. Used the online instructions and videos. While it took longer than I originally anticipated, I was able to change out all filters with no leaks or other problems.Early this year we noticed that the faucet had developed a slow drip. I contacted iSpring and talked to John about this issue. Despite being out of the warranty period, John said that he would send us a new faucet at no charge!We have loved this system and the customer service at iSpring has been fantastic. Thank you John for you great service!

I have purchased three of these units over the years and couldn’t be happier. I always test the quality of my water and the ppm is nearly nonexistent. With my most recent purchase, the faucet was a little “leaky” and I immediately called iSpring to see what can be done. John helped me out and immediately sent out a replacement.Easy install, high quality product, reasonable filter replacement cost and excellent customer service! Excellent through and through.
