These are great! I'm using them bc I'm breastfeeding; they're good for me & baby's brain development. (I'm on my husband's account, obvs) The first time I took them I felt incredible. 😂 So I must've been deficient in this vitamin. I recommend them! This brand is solid, too. I use Sunflower Lecithin from the same brand & they're good as well. 👍
