These cookie sheets are great! Exactly as advertised

Warped
I liked the stainless-steel sheet pans, however, they warped on first use in a 425 degree oven (rated for 450). Once cooled, the pan regains its original shape. I tried again by doubling up the 2 sheet pans and they still warped causing bacon grease to pour over the lip of the warped corner.

Perfect
Love them, they were just what I wanted. Update, it has been almost 3 years since I purchased these and I still love them. I use parchment paper because I am too lazy to grease them between batches of cookies. I also use one under my 4 slice toaster, it is great at keeping my counter free of bread crumbs. Mine have never warped, but then I let them warm on top of the stove while the oven is heating up, and this keeps them from warping. You won't regret this purchase.

Not flimsy, no warping
Not flimsy, no warping, not-nonstick. Being stainless, there's no unnerving aluminum dust after use. These are a far better buy than name-brand box store items. However, the size is a little smaller than the restaurant-grade half-sheet pans they're replacing, and larger than my quarter-sheet ones. My silicone baking sheets are not an exact fit. The quality outweighs this inconvenience for me, so I didn't send them back.

So far so Good...
Better than the cheap pan you find in most stores. It should last a long time and no chemical will leach in my food. I tried most kinds of fancy non-stick pan in the past none of them lasted they all fell apart. If you want anything to last a really long time the simplest technology and design tend to last the longest. It's sure it's going to stick a bit more than the poisoned filled pan but it not that bad its manageable....

Bakes better
The same dough baked on these bakes lighter, more even, crisper, bigger, these are terrific especially for the price

If you're considering these pans:
I've now owned these pans for a few months, and here's what I've learned:1. They are not your typical baking pan2. They show water marks after cleaning-but come on, they're pans....3. They work very well!

Worked Great
I've only used these pans once and I had parchment paper on it so it was super easy to cleanup and I didn't notice any warping at 375 degrees. They fit my oven perfect, so I could have both sheets on one rack in the oven.
