This product complies with California Law (SB 1972) and other state/local laws regarding compostable labeled products. BioBags are Biodegradable Products Institute certified to meet the ASTM D6400 specification. Biodegradable Products Institute Certification #891053. The ASTM D6400 is the North American equivalent of the European EN 13432. Both specifications require that compostable products completely decompose in a composting setting in a specific time frame, leaving no harmful residues behind. For best results: Use within one year of purchase; Store in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat. Try the fridge or freezer; Change out the used BioBag as often as possible. BioBags are star sealed at the bottom for extra strength to prevent leaking however, condensation may form when used in a closed container. Non-GMO Project Verified - BioBag Products met strict criteria for GMO avoidance to achieve this verification. BioBags are Manufactured in the USA with resin sourced from Italy. Certified compostable wording and the Biodegradable Products Institute (Biodegradable Products Institute ) logo are visibly printed on each bag. Approved for use in green & brown cart communities that accept compostable plastics.

Well constructed organic waste bags
Each of thesee bags have a strengthened bottom, and therefor hold up quite well.

They slip if not secured, but it is better than having to wash out trash cans all the time.
I like that it lines the big trash cans given by our trash company, however, if the products are slimy or there is a lot of grass, twig, or brush debris, the bags can easily tear. I wish it would be stronger! I love the fact that I can get a lot and use them over the months. What I do is buy large rubber bands to hold the bags in place so they don't fall into the large cans!

Keep your can clean....
Buy two boxes... very strong and decomposes.

Useful but expensive
While the cause is nice, the cost is outrageous. Why is it that anything good or healthy cost so much more? Fruit cost more than fries. Composting bags cost more than the ones killing our planet. Stop choosing greed over the health of our planet.

Love that it's compostable
Arrived promptly. Love that it's compostable, but it is on the thin side but I would order again!

Definitely biodegradable
They are definitely in the leave no trace family- it totally disintegrated in the trash can. Not for me.
