Amazing results in only 12 hours
Today is the first morning in 3 months a new mole mound wasn't dug into my lawn. This is a before and after pic ONLY 12 hours after applying Bioadvanced 24 Hour Grub Killer. I highly recommend it if you have grubs and moles. Everything I've researched says, to get rid of moles, you have to get rid of their food source. I will be applying season long grub killer later, and preventative in the spring. The 24 hour killer is to get rid of adults, the preventative prevents larvae from hatching. I didn't include pics of grass that is completely brown because they ate the roots. I'm looking forward to a pretty lawn next year.

Follow instructions and apply in fall.
This product worked perfectly for me, I followed instructions on application amount for my spreader. Put the granules down, watered them in as noted (I watered the entire yard for about an hour). Woke up next morning and a BAZILLION grubs (I’m seriously talking thousands) were out of their holes and on the lawn, squirming a bit on their way to dying. Since I have dogs, I kept them off the lawn until I got all the grubs up. This worked for me, clearly I had an infestation. Now to use something as a preventative in the spring so this never happens again! Great product, did exactly what it said. Easy to apply (follow instructions).

Works Fast and Covers a Lot—But Watch the Spread
I recently used the BioAdvanced 24-Hour Grub Plus on my lawn after noticing signs of grub damage and a few ant mounds. I was impressed by how quickly it started working—within a day, I saw a noticeable reduction in surface insect activity, especially ants and ticks. The granules were easy to spread with my broadcast spreader, and the 10-pound bag covered a decent area. Pros: Fast-acting: Saw results within 24 hours as advertised. Multi-purpose: Tackled grubs, ants, ticks, and other insects effectively. Easy to apply: Granules spread evenly and didn’t clump. Convenient packaging: Ready-to-use and resealable. Cons: No built-in measuring scoop: Had to estimate the amount for my lawn size. Needs careful watering: If not watered in properly, effectiveness drops. Not pet-friendly immediately after application: Had to keep my dog off the lawn for a while. Overall, it’s a solid product that delivers on its promise, but it requires a bit of attention during application to get the best results. I’d definitely use it again, but I wish it came with clearer measuring guidance and pet safety instructions.

Raccoons eating grubs
Raccoons and crows tore my yard apart to eat grubs. I've tried everything to deter them. Last year my front and back yard were mud from the damage. About a month ago, at 5am, I came outside to four raccoons digging again for grubs. I bought this 24 hour grub killer, assuming it would fail like all else I have tried. A day after applying I noticed a small patch of grass dug up...apparently they found nothing to eat. A month later, the raccoons still come through, but no grubs for them to eat! This has saved all of my repair work to my yard! The grubs are no more! (Knock on wood)

Skunk no more!
Every night for over a week, a skunk dug up pieces of sod in our front yard. Skunk repellent did noting. But after I put this down, the skunk has disappeared.

Get it into the soil past the grass layer
Well works as intended if you can work it into the soil layer about 1-1/2 inches .. you have to get past the grass layer on top for it to work .. i pulled up all the dead grass turned the soil over picking out all grubs that i saw then put down the product and watered it and re applied it the next day and watered it to kill on contact . re applied a week late to the new sod on top and watered .. this method worked for me

Grubs
It says it kills in 24 hrs. I went out check 2 day after putting the grub killer down. I wet the lawn before I put it down and the following day it rained. When I went out to check the grass for grubs I did find some small grubs that were still alive. So I don’t know if it still kill all of them or just most of them . I did follow the directions to the t. I also noticed that all the granules did not dissolve.
