I've had this ring for about 2 weeks now and just had to write a review. I've had the nervous/bored habit of picking at my fingers since I was a kid. I can't remember the last time I've not had at least one nail bed torn up and bloody. For people with similar habits, I can't recommend this ring enough. It's a great, nondistracting way to redirect fidgety behaviors. I've worn it every day since receiving it and for the first time in years I have intact nail beds! Every time I catch myself starting to pick at a dry patch of skin or uneven cuticle on my finger, I rotate the ring a few times and the impulse disappears.My ring size ranges from 6-7 depending on the finger and ring, so I bought the 7. It fits perfectly on fingers I usually wear a 6.5 comfortably on, mostly my index finger so I can manipulate the ring with my thumb. I bought the rose gold and was very impressed by the quality. It looks very nice on my finger and goes well with other rings I own. The rotating mechanism is smooth. When I hold one finger on the mechanism and roll it back and forth, there's no sound at all. When I spin the mechanism quickly or flick it to one side, there's a small metallic sound. When I move my hand quickly while wearing the ring, the rotating portion will jostle a bit and make a light clinking noise. I don't consider the sounds to be distracting for daily wear, and think they're on par with the sounds you'd hear from dangling earrings or wearing several bracelets on the same wrist. So far I haven't had a problem with wearing the ring while washing my hands during the day.If you're considering this ring, I would encourage you to purchase it. I especially recommend it to anyone looking for a nondistracting way to redirect bad habits or get out fidgety energy when you otherwise can't. I've gotten compliments on the ring's appearance and am definitely considering trying another color or two. The other day I painted my nails and can't get over how nice they look with healthy, intact cuticles. I couldn't be happier!

I ordered this as a replacement spinner ring for another type I gave away. First of all - it's true to size and spins really well right out of the bag! I wasn't a huge fan of the sandblast finish, but I'm more used to it now (a shiny finish would get scratched easily, anyway). As a bonus, this would work as a nail file or even as sandpaper in a pinch. It has a slightly more glittery look than the product photo shows - the texture is rougher, but not bothersome or painful. Per the usual, the spinning is quiet unless you flick the ring hard with your thumb - if you're rotating it with small motions it shouldn't bother anyone. And naturally there are metallic rattling sounds sometimes since the spinning ring needs to fit a little loosely, but this is completely par for the course and if you are new to spinner rings, you get used to them after a while. Personally I like hearing the metal clink a little against itself.I got the silver one because I saw in some reviews that the rose gold, blue, and I think rainbow color options started fading after a while. It's a clean, modern look that goes well with pretty much anything. Some other spinner rings I looked at on Amazon are a bit iffy in terms of quality, but this one is definitely legit as far as spinning and true sizing and it's one I can definitely recommend. Love the price, too!

This ring does the trick. I am so restless in meetings at work and really wanted something I could slyly focus on without being a distraction. Sometimes the ring doesn't circle very smoothly but it hasn't caused any issues yet. I purchased the gold. The picture makes it look like a yellow gold, but it truly is a more bronze gold. Also, I have pretty big fingers so ordered a size 10 to wear on my pointer finger. I would say size down. I have to wear another ring behind it, so it doesn't fall off. I would say too, it does make a little noise when you turn the ring quickly, but it isn't too loud.

The ring is amazing and size is on point.The "glitter" around it doesn't fade and the color is still going strong even after a year of wearing it almost everyday.It's almost addicting to the point when not wearing it, I find myself trying to spin it on my finger.I can't say it helped with anxiety at all, but it has helped with biting my nails as it's districting my hands.

Bought these rings on the family Amazon to try and replace harmful stims that I developed thanks to various life stressors. (Autistic ADHDer here.) The rings have replaced some (but not all) of the stims, and the rainbow ring is especially lovely for visual stimming if you spin it slowly. The texture of the inner ring isn't as rough as it looks either, and its spinning function means that it doesn't rub into the skin in any irritating ways.The rings can be a little noisy for fellow hearing-sensitive folks, but they haven't irritated me on an auditory level so far, and the sound allows the ring spinning to take on a musical character that often brings me back to my percussionist days.It took me three attempts to figure out the right ring size for my index fingers, and customer service refunded all my mistaken purchases without the trouble of mailing the rings back. My left thumb is unusually small, so one of the size 7 rings ended up fitting. The other three pictured rings are the ones that ended up the right size for me (size 9), though I wear an extra ring on the right thumb since 9 is slightly big for that particular finger. All the other rings became gifts to friends and family who seem to be enjoying them quite a bit too.The three pack is an especially good deal for the money, and I would definitely consider trying some of the other individual rings designs in the future.

It’s nice but kind of loud. I have to really skin it to get any type of stimulation and that is loud. If you’re just spinning it slowly it shouldn’t be so loud. Also, they stick so it’s hard to spin it. I think there’s only one I haven’t had an issue with. They’re really pretty.

I have had this spinner ring (rainbow colour) for a few months now and its one of the best spinner rings I have had.I use it every day at work to assist with my health anxiety/stress and it helps a great amount. I got the bigger size (size 8) that fits on my thumb and pointer finger easily, so I often switch hands, fingers, etc. during the day.The ring spins beautifully, I purchased the rainbow colour ring and it is beautiful! The sound it makes when it spins is minimal but it is comforting to me so it also assists with calming method.- I wear this ring daily and use hand sanitizer often, sometimes the ring gets dirty and gunked up with hand sanitizer where it spins less; but washing it under warm water with soap fixes the problem right away :). I clean it daily with soap and warm water and after every wash it sparkles & spins just like new.- The ring is durable too; I have dropped it accidently several times, ive scratched the side of it upon it falling & sliding outside on cement concrete; but it still works like new.- This is 1 of the best spinner rings I have had, and I am thankful for how much it helps with anxiety and stress.I give this ring 5/5 stars because I love it; beautiful colours, spins & works great, and its durable to falls & scratches!

Brilliant tool to help with anxiety

Love this ring! Looks exactly as advertised, and the size is accurate (just measure circumference of your finger below the knuckle) which I was worried about. It spins seamlessly in both directions. There is a slight sound when it spins, which I hope newer models will improve on, but it's not too loud as to be annoying or heard by others during meetings. Overall, I would recommend this Ring.
