Not as porous as I expected
I am using these for growing vegetables in 5 gallon buckets. They don't keep the soil as moist as I would like. It's so hot in the southeast US summer and I have 750ml wine bottles attached to these hoping to keep the dirt moist, but I only have to fill the bottles with water every 2 weeks as they don't drain as fast as I expected.

They work great
Everything arrived intact, no chips or cracks. They work fantastic. I don’t use a bottle with them, though. I just pour water straight into the basin and monitor when it’s running low and needs a refill.

Big. For larger pots.
Houseplant use only. Outside plants need more water than this. They are big.. so not for small pots. Took mine about 3-4 days to drip out abt 4oz of water.

Terracotta Watering
The items were packaged with care, easy to use, and they arrived in a timely manner. Though I haven’t monitored the performance within a more than a few days, they seem to be working as represented.It’s important to soak/submerge the items in water for an hour or more before gently inserting into soil (Do not insert without first carefully creating a space in the soil with a gardening tool.).I would purchase the item from this company again.

Very convenient
These are great if you don’t know how often to water your plants or if you tend to forget. Has helped me with all my plants I just check them weekly to refill the bottles I used for them. They fit glass coke bottles, glass italian soda bottles and I also used a recycled small altos tequila bottle for one of my smaller indoor plants. Works great!

Good for my plants
These work well to get the water to the roots of the plants. If you don't have wine bottles I found that large Perrier bottles work well. They are not glass so I am not sure how long they will last in the heat.

Good product.
Good product to water plants.Best to place watering spike into soilbefore placing wine bottle with water to prevent stake breakage.
