These were purchased for my Daughter currently for use with physical therapy. These will be helpful for regular exercising as well. They are really easy to put on and take off. Colorful as well

They are well made. I didn’t see any filling coming out. The velcro might eventually wear out but so far, each weight stays on my ankle.

I love the comfort and value for the money, however, the ease of use, it is a bit difficult for me to put them on and I end up squeezing my hand through the opening which takes considerable effort.Despite the above..this has the best value for the priceAnd this is a yes... would repurchase itPerfectly described and advertised. Love these! Super comfortable when wearing, fits well on my smaller wrists and is stable, doesn’t shift. My only con which really isn’t a con is that the weights are a little hard to take out of the pouch, which is good bc you know they’re secure. I also have long nails so that may be why they are harder to take out for me

I got these two kick my walks ups few notches! When you wear them on your ankles, you definitely feel your core working extra hard. Wear them on my wrists too for some extra work and tension on the arms while walking. I would recommend!

I got this for a family undergoing PT for an injury. She is not able to grip weights so she uses these attached to her wrists to get some light resistance training. These are durable and a good value for money. They are just like the are described.

The metal buckle has started to rust after a few weeks of use. Strap isn't as comfortable as other brands.

I have been doing a heated mat Pilates class and there’s nothing worse than going to pick up the weights after another class just got finished and they’re all sweaty. The stay on my ankles perfectly the exact weight that I needed. I recommend them
