These are great. They seriously are a life saver in the way they make organizing keys much easier. Only complaint is that when I received them and removed them form the packaging, the hooks on the ends that are supposed to hang on the file bars were all bent inwards due to bad packaging. . I had to bend them back into their correct positioning.

The key caddy can do its job, but not as well as you might think. The key slots are too close together, and the right-hand slots are so far right that the key number tag doesn't really fit because it doesn't clear the right side of the file drawer. Unless your keys are really small, count on using every other slot and the two right ones, not at all; so the real capacity is 24 keys, not 50. The triangular portion of the tags is wider at its base than the width of the slots, so they don't seat completely unless you trim them a little. For 24-key storage, it's great; for 50 keys, forget it.

It took the manufacturer of this product (not the seller) 8 weeks to ship this item! Somehow, even Amazon was confused because they sent an "item shipped" email to me several weeks ago saying my order had shipped with a delivery date of June 21. The key caddy arrived today, July 19. When I opened it, I wondered what the big deal was. It is such a simple product, no bells or whistles. It holds keys. I started to hang it in the drawer and noticed one of the hooks was bent almost double making it impossible to hang it correctly. I should have sent it back but I managed to straighten the hook and use it anyway. What a disappointment!HOWEVER, kudos to the customer service team at ivgStores, the seller for this product. They were as helpful as could be during the long wait and kept me updated on every move via email. And, they gave me a 10% discount for my trouble. They were so nice that I just don't have the heart to tell them about the item being damaged when it finally arrived. I would definitely buy from ivgStores again, but nothing from this particular manufacturer--ever.

THis is the second one we have from Buddy products. unfortunately the slots were tacked/welded on backwards, so when you hang the key tag you cannot read the number. We are not going to return it, it will still work for us.

The keys are sometimes lost in the bottom of the drawer they don't hold tight and there is a flimsy metal wire that holds the key to the plastic.Good idea but just doesn't work well.

The key insert was an awesome solution to my key problem at the office! No need for a combersome key box to be mounted on the wall!

It was what I expected. I had to order a second because the keys on the bottom fell off a lot. So getting a second one helped. I only use the top hangers !!!

Do not fit in the file drawer, about 1/8th of an inch too short for the hanger tabs.
