Awesome Addition to my plate carrier. My original ones from Eagle industries wouldn’t stay in place after a few combat tours. These seem to hold up and are more comfortable than the OEM. The padding feels great.

Excellent shoulder strap pads
Bought these for a plate holder. After you wear your gear for a few days, you’ll realize the extra strap pad was worth the purchase. In a hot environment you have less between the strap and you and that is where these pads shine. Just hit the buy button . I will be buying another set for my other carrier.

Shoulder Pads
These are nice and wide and have a gel feel to them. They were alright, I used them on a hike with my main pack but, these not a good fit for my shoulders and not enough padding.
