So far it is a great addition to my computer system.

It worked just as advertise. They are more durable than I thought it would be after reading reviews. I use the headset for Dragon Speaks and it noise cancelling was great. The volume controls was excellent and I would recommend this produce to my friend. I have owned it for two months and I will update if conditions change.

Out of the box, it was extremely easy to set up since nothing particular was required to do so. I have to say that I have used it in dictating text in Word and I have been using the Dragon naturally speaking software (version 15). It is extremely accurate and has worked exceptionally well. The headphones are over the ear headphones and the Headset is extremely light. I use my voice recognition software on a daily basis for my job and I have found that the quality of the transcription is exceptionally accurate and exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a cheap alternative but which has exceptional transcription capability.The problem I have with this, however, is that this is the second one of these that have bought. I bought this first in 2020 and again in 2023. As in the first one, the right side headphone stopped working and I fully expect that very shortly, as with the first one that I had bought, the left side will also stop working. I had emailed the company to find out what could be done but was told firstly that it may be a software problem and then after that I was told that since it was out of warranty, I just had to get a new one.I like the microphone because of the voice recognition aspect but I am sorry about the headphone aspect and that seriously affects my ability to use this microphone for any length of time in the future. I will therefore not recommend the microphone because of this issue.

I ordered this product so that I can talk and write. They stated nothing more was need , that was incorrect you need zoom and one other application I did not have either. I have a problem with my hand and need this type of product. To use my computer. It has been returned to the company
