Conditioner that’s not very conditioning
The product arrived on time and in great shape - it’s just not a very moisturizing conditioner like the India I.C.O.N. In the brown tube (which is awesome).

Product received opened - not original wrapper - half of the liquid content
Surprisingly received the half of product - I'm requesting be contacted by the distributor for a redress. Otherwise ICON is a very good product, expensive but good.

Moisturing should not be in the name ?
I found this product to not do anything different for dry hair ? I was very disappointed. I also did not like the texture of this product on my hair, felt course and I had to use a lot to make it feel somewhat moisturizing? My hair had terrible knots ?? May be good for someone else, was not a good product for my hair. My hair is thick, and dark blonde in color, shoulder length and I do not use many heated products on my hair, overall healthy hair ?
