Bird Of Prey Talon Neck Knife

I can see this becoming a favorite EDC knife very easily! The blade design is one I like for self defense applications and with the shape of the grip it actually works well as a push dagger with your index finger in the hole or a forward karambit with your pinkie in the hole. The thickness of the handle scales makes a big difference over other models I have tried, it fills the hand well and provides a higher degree of positive control over the blade. The sheath is actually pretty nice, there is a "trigger release" type of retention that makes it a positive hold, the holes are large enough for paracord if you want to make belt loops for easier wear or something stronger than the ball chain that it comes with for wearing around your neck. I can see wearing this horizontally on the belt, left of the buckle and use in a crossdraw style of carry for drawing while seated.In a nutshell, I love it and will most likely be buying a couple more!

Bought it for running. It's definitely noticeable under a light shirt, but I run at night anyway. It's ergonomic, and the ABS sheath and grips are sturdy. The blade is pretty thick and full tang. It feels like I could punch or slash with it without my hand slipping onto the blade.EDIT: I dropped it on a wooden floor from about 5 feet, and the sheath is ruined. The piece that holds the blade in snapped off from the fall, and I can't really use it anymore.

For a cheap knife, this is great. I was surprised at the size of this too, much bigger than I expected. Decent SS blade, comes razor sharp out of the box and will hold an edge. ABS sheath is of good quality as well. If you're going to wear this as a neck knife, I would suggest putting the chain through the 2 sets of holes parallel to eachother above the release button, any higher and the chain can get twisted easy

The sheath is awful as I went two holster the blade the point managed to exit the open circle and enter my finger... in all reality it was my fault I wasn't being careful however the blade retention could definitely be designed betterAs for the blade it's absolutely fantastic it has good weight, strong and take my word for it... very Sharp.All in all i give it 4 stars just wish the retention was better.

Meh...it's ok...if I lost it I wouldn't feel bad...this would be a good blade to put in an emergency vehicle bag or some similar use.I have big hands and I do find the grip comfortable...the sheath is junk however...

This knife is pretty well made, especially for the price. I believe that the sheath was made for a right handed draw, because the retention does not allow you to set your left hand (index finger) into to the finger hole. Other than that it's a pretty good knife for the price. Fits really good in the hand.

I like this knife it is really nice to have a neck or boot knife . I collect knifes like this and it is of great quality!
