First of all, I have to say..amazing customer service. I had a problem with the item I received and the seller responded to my concern immediately after I wrote to her.Secondly, i have purchased it twice and would be purchasing again in future. I use this product specifically for my child who has eczema. He scratches his face until he bleeds and has his skin all broken and raw. Before coming across this product, I put just a thick regular socks on him but when he rubs the socks on his skin simultaneously every night in sleep, we wake up to a horrible red peeling skin with oozing fluid kind.. poor kid! After putting the handsocks on, it gives the area the time to heal without my son forcefully scratching the area. Since the product is super soft, it covers the fingernails and also it is so much of a better substitute than those regular socks. Thank you Casey!My son is 11 months. I bought medium. It fit snug. With the second purchase, I went with large (toddlers). I love how it’s roomy and it’s easy to put on.I have attached a pic below to show our experience with socks and handsocks!

Our daughter has Symbrachydactyly, her hand did not completely form due to a blood clot. She actually has a partial palm and nubbins, her bones are slightly different in structure. We have been so worried about how she will function, but she surprised us all. When she turned 5 months she began to full on crawl which made her "little hand" rub on a bony area we were excited and worried because a prosthesis would be heavy, but if the rubbing continued it could lead to infection and possible amputation! Then we found Handsocks!!!!!!!!!! So THANKFUL for this product mittens would come off and not enough padding to protect her. After lots of research we found this awesome product. It goes up her arm and we can fold the cuff over to where it is more of a padding for her hand when she crawls. Our daycare has allowed us to use them and praised them on daily basis because they are not spending the day worrying about ulcerations or putting them on 20x a day. They stay on even with intense baby crawling, pulling and chewing! Plus her hand is able to breath!

This is the second time we have purchased a pair of Handsocks. When our daughter was around 1yr old, she started getting little rashes on her chin that would never clear up. We were at our wits end trying different ways to keep her hands away from her face (especially while she slept). When I first put the handsock on she had a bit of a meltdown because, as any parent of a 1yr old knows, something new is also something scary. So, I sat with her and held her and then came up with the idea that I could tell her she was going to wear little kitty cat paws and be just like her cat brother. This was the winner. She immediately stopped crying and has not wanted to sleep a single night without her "yeow yeow paws" ever since. Which has been great for us because she will have little bumps and rashes that revisit and we don't even have to worry about her scratching in the night anymore.I HAVE had to safety pin them onto the sleeve of her pajamas for quite a while now, because eventually she figured out she could pull them off. And then not long after that, I had to start pinning the hand flap closed because she figured out how to get her hands out. But she doesn't notice it at all and she loves them so much I was having trouble being able to wash them. Hence the second pair!!! She was so excited about how snuggly and cuddly they were she woke up talking about it!

We recently started transitioning out of a sleepsack, so baby's hands were exposed. We keep our house super cold at night and she wouldn't keep regular socks on her hands (she'd wake up with them off and her hands like ice).I decided to give these a try and so far, so good! Her hands are still pretty cold in the morning, but not like ice cubes. I like that these tuck up around her elbow to keep her from being able to thrash them off at night.Also, I ordered the fox pattern because it was the only one in her size I remotely liked, and was pleasantly surprised that the fox pattern only shows if you have the mitten flipped to have fingers out. otherwise, it's all grey.

I bought these because my 5 month old was discharged from the hospital and needs a nasogastric tube for feeding. These work perfect to keep him from ripping his tube out! The part that covers the hands are super soft, no worrying about scratching his face. I got the 6-12 month size so they might be slightly too big, I just have to pull them up on the arms when they start to get loose. For the most part they stay on very well though! I also love how you can fold the mit over and allow the hands to be out without having to take the whole thing off. Depending on how long we need this tube for I would consider purchasing another pair. I highly recommend these! I will continue to recommend these for any infant needing a feeding tube.

We bought these for our four (now five) month old. He has eczema and was scratching his head constantly despite us being ‘on top of it’.The car seat was where he did his best work. :/I debated buying the Scratch Sleeves product, but after reading reviews, decided to try these first.They wash well. I line dry them only.My son is very, very chubby with several arm rolls. 98%ile for height and weight.The 6-12 month size fits well and I feel like he will be able to wear them for quite awhile.The sleeve material isn’t the softest, but I don’t mind because he doesn’t seem to care. The sleeves don’t irritate his delicate skin.The mitts are super soft and he loves rubbing them on his face!

After an outbreak of eczema at 5 months old, our baby girl kept scratching her face (now a little over 6 months old). It's a vicious cycle, the eczema itches, she scratches, it worsens the eczema, it itches more, she scratches more. We were using baby mittens and socks which she quickly learned how to pull off. I saw these and got them, the sleeves aren't too tight. I got the 12month old size. The mittens are soft and can fold back to expose the hands. So far so good.

I’m crazy about these, my baby escaped so many different kinds of mitts and kept scratching her face in the night.... until these! They are so comfy and cosy and she can’t get them off (and she’s really tried!). When I needed the next size up, that wasn’t available at the time on Amazon, I got in touch and was able to order through the website directly. It was fantastic, friendly service and most importantly my little one can continue using Handsocks. I recommend them to everyone, they are amazing 😃

Great product, have been searching high and low to find a product that would stop my baby from a scratching her face whiles asleep. Surprisingly high street brands and chains has not caught on to something so simple and a necessity! I’ve resulted to buying long socks in the past to stop my little girl from attacking herself but surprised it’s taken me so long to look online! Thank goodness for amazon and Handsocks! Only fault is that it might be too hot during this crazy heat wave, not really a fault with the product but sadly us brits know not how to deal with such “extreme” weather.

Returned item for full refund as miles too big - no way would they stay on and very bulky hand section so toddler couldn't fell/pick up anything with them - much prefer 'Scratch Sleeves'. Shame because the fox print design was lovely!

only mittens she cant take off. at first i found it hard to put on but theres a trick to it. first scrunch it all up and flip over the hand part to open. then over babies hand and pull over elbow. soft and snuggly and even looks nice

Wrong hand sock sent out to us !! We picked the ones with yellow fox heads on , what we received was plain grey :(The work just the same , but beware what you pick is not what you will get!
