Good taste, good value.
Great, I live over twenty miles away from a shop that actually sells fresh pea aubergine, unfortunately they often haven’t got them in stock, these jars are a good alternative, I make lots of Thai Curry etc, now I can keep them in the larder.

Works very well if you can't get the fresh Pea Aubergines
These little Pea Aubergines work very well as a substitute for the fresh ones in Thai cooking. They have a nice flavour and good texture and always come out nicely. Naturally you will notice a difference to the fresh ones, but then again - they're always at hand and store well. They've been a nice ingredient in many a Thai curry for us, thank-you. They also are just as described and were delivered just as described by the seller. Thank-you.

Tasteless - They add absolutely nothing except bulk to a curry.
They add no flavour at all - completely pointless, will go back to chopping up normal Aubergines in future.
