Adds good umami flavor
This soy sauce is delicious. It adds a really good umami to all food items. Smells naturally fermented and is well balanced. Far better than the cheap soy sauce sold in grocery stores.

good quality soy sauce
I was looking for a soy sauce like this which didn't have too many additives and preservatives. Product is really good and flavorful. Works in both stir fries and as marinade.

Taste isn't that great
Horrible. Waste of money. Taste is not good. Very salty and taste like chings soya sauce. Go for Lee Kum kee premium soya sauce.

I don't know about the flavour because its too salty. you willnot be able to sense anything other than salt. Waste of money for me
