I had just finished a bottle of curry hot sauce and really enjoyed it so I wanted to try another brand. Unfortunately, Caribbean Curry Scotch Bonnet Pepper Hot Sauce did not really have much curry flavor at all and the heat was very weak. In fact, it felt like it was lacking in a really distinct flavor overall and I ended up using way more just to make up for it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't very good either. If I could give half stars, I'd go with 2.5.

This is a good product. It has the perfect heat for most people and the perfect sweetness. It does NOT suck. Having said that, the sauce is watery and needs a bit more curry flavor.

adds an extra kick. i use it in soups and jerky marinade, very good.

Flavor is OK, not as tropical as other Caribbean hot sauces. More on the watery side consistency-wise. Spice level is perfect for me, probably too spicy for the uninitiated but a solid amount of everyday spice for Hot Ones fans.
