Boundaries in Marriage Participant's Guide

I LOVE the original Boundaries book by Cloud n Townsend. I kept it next to my bed and read from it nightly for 3 years, as I worked to learn and replace my ineffective, codependent coping skills with effective ways of interacting in relationships with family, friends, and co-workers. I bought a copy of Boundaries in Marriage for each of our children and their partners when they became engaged. I have several other C & T titles and can highly recommend all!

I have used concepts from this book, and other books by the authors -- with my own clients, They really seemed to love it and found it to be really helpful. Sometimes I gave them one of the books to help them maintain their gains.

Used this book for a class subject for several couples in our church. WOW, it really challenges you to grow into an adult, to become the better version of your self. I watched couples use these principals, like wise for my marriage, to straighten their relationship into a power couple. To use it for ministry to others is the best way to get the most from this book and it's author(s).

I actually ordered the boo, Boundaries in Marriage and it was a lovely white glossy cover and well done. So I ordered the participant's guide and was a bit disappointed. this is an older version, pages "feel" old yet actually the questions are good. I expected the questions to be the same as the Boundaries in Marriage participants guide that a friend of mine ordered, and it wasn't. a different year, and different questions!!! good book, just not what I expected.

Being on personal journey to maturity and strength. This book has empowered and help develop in ways I thought until I begin to learn knew skills of finding safe people and learning how to establish boundaries. I only wish I had read these book 28 years ago. I would have been at a different place on my journey. Thank you.

Great content but very shallow, general questions. Reading the actual book is a must. The supplement video is also OK. The cover art is wrong.

I am an LCSW psychotherapist and this is the book I recommend the most. Boundary issues are usually the cause of most relationship problems. I keep copies in my office for clients and I have also given copies to friends. I only wish I would have written this book. Great read.

I was afraid this wouldn't be delivered in time for our small group meeting, but it arrived in plenty of time. In great shape. I would have give in 5 stars but pages were slightly yellowed because of age. But really...who cares about that. I don't.
