I ordered this to make our youngest granddaughters birthday cake and wasn’t disappointed. It was easy to remove the cake and in line with other reviewers, I used my own recipe with 5 eggs. I also greased the inside. It’s quite bendy which is to be expected as it’s silicone so I put it on a baking tray in the oven and that worked well. Easy to clean.

I'm a cake decorator and I often cut my number cakes out of sheet cakes, but decided to purchase a silicone number 3 for a cake I was making. I'm glad I did, the cake baked perfectly and released from the 'tin' well. I will definitely buy more of these as and when I need them
