Used for overprovisioning Zotac CI-327 NANO which by spec can support only 8 GB as uses N3450.By fact, it runs with 16 GB perfect without any memory or stability issues.

Worked in my DS918+
For 20 bucks - this was a great upgrade from the 8GB was running before with synology memory. I know the 4GB stick I got from synology was way more than this.I know there is a bit of debate if the ds918+ can even use 16 over the stated 8GB limit.. But sure seems to be working for me.. Only been running for less than 24 hours so far.. But sure seems to be seen and used. Really updated the amount being used as cache.. Stuff seems snappier and file transfers seem to be a bit quicker.

Easy Upgrade for Synology DS918+
The title says it all, I think. Based on a couple of reviews below, I bought these to drop into a Synology DS918+ NAS. Both stickS fit like they’re supposed to; the NAS recognizes the memory and to date I have had no problems. Apparently there’s no need to to this type of upgrade for something like a Plex server, as Plex is more dependent on CPU cycles than memory space. My use case is a bit different, so I expect the additional memory will come in handy. Compared to Synology’s “approved” memory, the price of this set makes it a no-brainer.

good value for huge performance improvement
The upgrade to my old Dell laptop from 6GB to 16GB RAM made a huge performance difference. Laptop spec's stated 6GB RAM was max but newer RAM configurations (2x8GB) allowed more RAM using OEM RAM slots. All in was ~$19
