Perfect for Modular Kitchen!!
I wanted a high quality storage containers set for my kitchen. At the outset I was planning to buy the ones offered by Tupperware but its high pricing made me hesitant to buy it. It was only after I saw the range of containers offered by Signoraware that I made the decision to go for this set.The best thing about containers from Signoraware is that you can buy various capacities from the omnibus range which will provide consistency to your kitchen and your kitchen will not look like a piecemeal arrangement. The next best thing is the high quality matt look of the plastic which gives a classy look to your kitchen. Also, there is that perfect balance between the inside thing showing up for a decisive cooking experience and the matt look only allowing a translucent look.Another thing which is important to mention is that the 1.1 litre container can easily hold 1 kg of any small grain like sugar, pulses, etc and 1/2 kg of other large-sized groceries like chickpeas, cashew, almond, etc. This storage capacity is when the container looks deceptively small.Even the shape of the container is such that you can easily place one container over another and also place them side by side without loosing a lot of your priceless space.Last but not the least, the pricing of Signoraware products is very reasonable as compared to other brands which offer the same quality like Tupperware.Note: This product ( Signoraware Modular Oval No. 2 Plastic Container Set, 1.1litre, Set of 3, Mod Blue) comes in Set of 3 and Set of 1 at approx. ₹160-175 per piece at different times. However, another product (Signoraware Oval Plastic Container Set, Set of 4, 1.1 litres, Blue) which is exactly the same comes in Set of 4 at approx. ₹ 190 per piece. The earlier one comes in capacities of 1.1 litres, 1.7 litres, 200ml, 500ml, 2.3 litres in Mod Blue and Maroon variants while the latter comes in capacities of 1.1 litres, 2.5 litres in only the Blue variant. I don't know why these are two different products since they look exactly the same( I have bought both) but there is a considerable difference in price. Also, I saw the Amazon's Choice certification on only this product and not the other one.

Look good but lack the airtight quality and plastic grade (pp5) stamp.
I'm generally satisfied with the containers - size and feel wise. However, I wouldn't say these really meet the 'airtight' and 'food grade' criterias very well. Even though the product description in Amazon states these are bpa free and food grade etc., the universally recognized and accepted stamp of plastic grade is missing at the bottom (or anywhere) of the container (generally it is shown inside a small triangle). No indication these are pp5 grade whichnis the safest for plastic food cintainers.

Good quality but a little small
Good quality as expected from Signoraware. The size looks small but the 500ml containers are good for storing half kg small grained dals like moong or urad. But it will not hold half kg chole or rajma. For that you need the 1.1l containers. They do save space and stack up easily.

good product for certain uses.
originally i was going to put something in these like cornflakes cereal, then i decided they were the perfect size for the 2 one kg packets of dried milk i buy each month. and they were, but to use them for that i have to put my hand into them further and further as the milk is used up until i am finding it hard not to touch the sides of the containers. if i do that, i will be getting milk powder on my hands and also it is less sanitary. i had a hard time trying to think of which containers would be the best for the materials that i had. and the lids on these fit so tightly that i nearly strain my back pulling them off-and having to do that so often daily to get milk out for my coffee is, i hope, going to get easier as time goes by, or i will have to change where i store the milk. but they are great quality and i am glad i bought them.

Good quality airtight container...Recommended...
Very nice air tight container...looks beautiful with red colour lid...i wanted this to store 1kg rice, pulses, dal etc...1.1 ltr container can hold exactly1 kg rice...but i wanted little bit bigger, so that we can fill 1 kg rice easily...it can hold exactly1and 1/2 kg rice..i bought 4 numbers now..and ordered 4 again...Quality is really good...the lid is bit tight ..little difficult to remove..but its doesnt matter....considering the price..i was keeping most of the pulses in the fridge..hope now i can keep the pulses like green gram, bengal gram, dal.etc outside, and moisture free for long time..Its a stackable container and space saver... Fits in my kitchen shelf perfectly...thank u signoraware and amazon...

Not happy with the product
The containers smell very very bad. The smell vanishes when the lid is kept open for 2-3 days but on putting the lid on, again it smells the same. So could not use it and had to return the 4 pieces of 2.3 lts capacity. Though the design is good for optimum use the pp is not mentioned at the bottom of the container making it doubtful to fall under the fake quality category.
