Bought 4 and all were perfect. Very nice minimal look. Good quality and easy installation.

This towel ring is matte black and will hold your towel. However, there is a cheap plastic part that keeps the ring from rubbing against (?) the base that is visible. You can see it in the pictures here if you look closely. More aggravating is that the ring itself is crooked on the base, with no discernible way of fixing the problem. Not worth buying, IMHO, but we ran out of time to return.
