Listen Without Prejudice, Vol. 1 Remastered

I definitely feel this is his best album. Faith was fantastic and a huge commercial success. Classic George, but this follow up you got more of a introspective and personal George. He was at the point being over being considered a "Pop Idol" and wanted to shun that image. This album is deeper and personal. A lot of great album tracks that never were popular such as "Cowboys And Angels", "Mother's Pride", "Heal the Pain", and "Something to Save". Then you have the funky tracks like "Freedom 90" and "Soul Free". This is a far cry from the uplifting pop from Faith. Expect a more serious mood with this album with wonderful sounds and song writing. This is his best!

I absolutely love this album but the quality of this vinyl pressing is terrible. Massively warped, scuffed and skips on three different songs. I could deal with the warping but the fact that it skips right in the chorus of “Freedom 90” is unforgivable. Returning and will hope for a better replacement.UPDATE. Amazon sent me a new copy and it’s perfect and doesn’t skip and George sounds as amazing as ever. Arguably his best album it sounds even better on vinyl. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

very much enjoying my vinyl - George Michael's 2nd studio album - altho i am eagerly awaiting for the arrival of my FAITH LP from Sweden which is my favorite in his discography. Lost such a great talent too soon.

All the music is amazing. The vinyl and sleeve are as expected. Love hearing the sound of vinyl, especially of George Michael.Definitely recommend.

Excellent recording

The record itself looked like a scratched up mess when it got here. I’m not an expert, but it seems like it was made like that. It plays fantastically, sounds terrific and the content is the best I’ve heard from George Michael. Listen without prejudice is filled with musical gems that are sometimes hidden behind the powerful vocals of the late great George Michael. This Record is a product of Mercury records and it’s thick and well made, don’t let the finish fool you, just play it and listen.

Every song is good on this record!

I purchased it brand new. When it arrived and I opened it, the LP desired to be better! It had some scratches and even some dirt on it. Having played it, I must confess that so far so good, there are no issues. However, still, the quality control must be improved!

This is a very nice, quiet, quality pressing of a great album. In my view, an essential George Michael record to have on hand.

This was purchased as a present so cant comment on any more than my experience which was a very effectient dispatch & delivery & very well packaged item. The item was brand new so will assume play quality was as new & expected . Regards content , I have this on CD & its a true classic & in my top 6 all time album list
