Cut my daughter’s at the ankle
My daughter has something similar at the gym. She used it has intended and it cut her at both ankle. I tried contacting the company to find a solution and yet to hear from them multiple days later. I’m not sure yet if we have a defective one but I’m not even willing to try another one!! I wouldn’t recommend!

Not long enough for proper form/technique for anyone near 5’ tall
The product is good quality but if you have anyone over 4’5” needing to use it with proper form it isn’t going to happen. I have a few 5’ tall girls who this is useless for in my classes bc they have to be in such a piked position. I have it positioned to be as long as it allows :(
