I got the package recently and applied it to my EMS devices. Work perfectly. Tricking part is taking removing the blue tag from sticker but once you do its easy to use

I've bought these 3 times. Ab stimulators work well, but you have to use them repeatedly. Stock pads start out as medium-sticky as these stick after a week or more. These pads are sticky enough to survive a couple of weeks of daily use... because they're stickier than your originals. Most important is installation, progressively pressing them onto your device without air bubbles, which decrease the adhesion. Second is being careful to remove them from your skin the first couple of uses; it's easy to screw them up if you aren't gentle and persistent. If you follow these rules, you'll recognize these as THE best choice for a product that gives you better performance than your device's originals. That's bang for the buck for this buff-looking 70-year-old. My girl is noticing her competition checking me out, and paying more attention... Yay!

Very strong and conducting pads. A bit tricky to install, at least until you get the hang of it. Other than that, they work great.

There was no instructions on how to use these tabs, when film removed to adhere to item, it does not stick and once placed on body, comes off. Require instructions on how to properly use these pads.

Just got these to replace the ones that came with my ab toner. They work better than the original set. Comes with plenty of pads, so you don't have to worry about running out too soon.

Just what they need to be. They lose some conduction after a minute but not enough to effect my use. What I liked best was that I got a lot for a good price.

Just opened my first refill, second, third, etc. to find the pouch containing two pads had oozed out. I either couldn’t remove them because so much oozed out they were glued to the package or when I could get them out, they were too sticky to be peeled off and my hands were covered! So messy and I’ve only been able to get 2 of 8 pads replaced. Thankfully, I had another brand which let me cover the other 6, so I can still use my machine.

This was a value buy, as it is easy to stick to the skin and stay until you remove it. And very comfy on the skin.
