Save your money
My system hasnt worked since the second month. I have emailed every month since jan 2019. I just gave up two months ago after ever effert i have tried. The cameras worked well when i was able to log into hard drive but the system locked me ut and i have not been able to log back in and there is no system restart or factory reset. There is no support here in the united stated only email and no one to respond

Solid product.
This is a solid product. I have installed for three months by now. It works as it is described, I can chek home condition when I am on the road. The response time on my mobile phone is OK.

the power adapter
3 of my camera not working after some trouble shooting find out the power adapter is out , I try to contact the seller cannot find any info.

Do not buy!
Will reach up to 300ft, that statement could not be more wrong. How about it wont go through walls. Wood walls. Cant get it to go more than 30 feet, the second u walk out the door with the camera the signal is gone. Would NOT recomend
