1st hunt with it. Had 2 imature bucks and a mature doe, all downwind. All at different times, came right in. No nose in the air, nothing, they had NO IDEA I was there. Life happens so time is limited, unfortunately cant sit as much as I used to. This is well worth the money. Clearly increases the odds. Even if it only helps 30-40%, its worth the money. But I really think it does better than that.4* only because the battery life is not great. And the additional battery is $120. You can get a decent car battery for under $100, so that's a stroke.

Performance wise, worked great, had deer down wind of me all day and never got busted.

Package arrived late but works perfectly . Very nicely packaged and protected . All the parts were there and easy to attach. I’d buy again !

Really like this product

I made the decision to purchase this product for one reason, to give me more time in the woods. I happened to have 160-170" ten point making himself visible during shooting light in my woods. I knew the key to killing this buck was not letting him know I was after him and putting as much time on stand as possible to increase my odds. Days leading into the weekend I was disappointed to see the wind direction forecast was not good at all. I needed to be on stand but could not risk the buck smelling me. The day prior I had spooked a smaller buck even though I showered and my cloths were washed in scent free products. Wind was killing my chances.I knew of the Ozonics line and did a lot of research before I committed to spending the $300, ouch! However, this was my only hope to be out on stand. I ordered the unit through Prime and it was at my house in time for my Friday evening hunt. I mounted the unit in my whackshack while I charged the battery. The wind was variable and certainly not in my favor that afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when deer in the area had no clue I was out there, even as close as 20 yds. I tried again Saturday morning which still had a bad wind. Once again, deer in the area did not smell me. I went back out Saturday evening to try it once again.At this point I will tell you that had I not had the Ozonics unit I would not even attempted to hunt with the bad wind. But once again I had a deer within bow range and it had no clue I was there. Then to my surprise the big ten slowly walked into bow range, and he was downwind of me. I took my shot at a relaxed deer at 23 yards and he didn't know what hit him. 70 yards later he piled up.Bought the unit Wednesday, arrived Friday, killed the biggest buck of my life Saturday. Are you kidding me? How cool is that? Thanks Prime and Ozonics! Is this technology pricey? Yes. But what is your hunting time worth? I may never of had another opportunity at this buck. If you are on the fence to spend the money I would encourage you to do so. I have used it, seen it work and have the proof that it works.It really is easy to use, mount and also quiet, no deer heard it and it did not bother my hearing deer coming in. Follow directions and watch videos on proper set up for your needs. Charging takes a few hours but spare batteries are available. I cannot speak for tree stand use yet but I have faith that it will work just as well. I will also be using it to scent proof my cloths. Get an Ozonics and get to the woods, you never know what you might be missing!

I've had deer come within 3 feet of me without even noticing I'm right there highly recommend

I used the Ozonics HR-230 in the field on a morning hunt. I was set up in a lock on and turned it on low. There was a little noise and I wondered if deer could hear it. Some of the deer came in down wind and they did not seem to pick up my sent. I had two deer at different times under my stand and nether one could hear it. I do believe that it has helped on sent control. The battery takes a while to recharge. So, if your going to use it for a morning and evening hunt get 2 batteries. They will last 5 hours on standard mode and 4 on boost mode.

I usually don't do reviews unless it is a superior product I bought OZONICS 230 with XP battery and it lasts on boost mode about 10 hours. It works in snow and rain, just make sure its dry when you turn it on. If its not it will dry its self and makes noises until its dry enough to fire. I don't know if the company even knows this. It usually takes about 20 minutes to go thru this mode. I got so excited when I killed a big buck and forgot it in the tree over night and didn't remember it till I was in bed. It started raining in the night and three inches of snow from the nor'easter. the buck was less than ten feet away and does all around. When I use this product the deer will look right at you and they don't even act like your there. Unbelievable Product, you can even use this product stalking.
