EVOC, Hip Pouch, Bag, 1L

If you're buying this hip-pack you've already decided not to buy the EVOC 3ltr hip pack which comes with a water bladder and more storage space, and against any of their proper rucksack type bags and probably for the same reasons as me. I went with the smaller, compact 1ltr pack as i prefer to have less on me and on a short ride (1-2 hours) ... a single bottle of water is fine for me (stored on the bike) until i can call it a day and head for beer. The storage is limited ... but works perfectly for me as a short ride pack. I managed to get my phone, wallet, multi-tool and pocket-knife into the inner pockets, a spare tube and tyre levers in one side-pocket and some first AID essentials into the other. In the main pouch there's ample space for a small pump, a couple of CO2 carts and an inflator, spare brake-pads and chain-links, and even a derailleur hanger. The back, exterior pouches are pretty tiny and oddly shaped and limited to use for a couple of small energy bars or shots. Overall it's a perfect size and design for a short adventure, with great quality construction, a heavy-duty plastic buckle and looks and feels great when riding (I totally forget it's there). The air-flow design is great as it does what it should without poking you in the kidneys. Overall the quality and utility IMO easily manage to justify the higher price demanded by EVOC for their kit.

Fantastic minimal hip pack, carries your essentials and then some! I can fit my iPhone 11Pro in the middle main bag standing up! Then my wallet and keys in the other two. I also carry a cliff bar in the compartment closer to the buckle. Just a well made and designed hip pack 100% recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to carry stuff in your pockets. You don’t even feel it on you! Super comfortable.

I got this to replace the two small bags I had on my Roubaix and Aethos. I wanted something comfortable, compact, but with enough room to fit 2 spare tubes, 3 CO2s, inflator, tire levers, a multi tool, my car keys, and a Cliff Bar or two depending on the length of the ride. This bag holds all of that and is comfortable enough that when packed with all my stuff I forget I even have it on. I got rid of everything being attached to my bikes and now just pack what I need for whichever bike I'm going to be on and go. This is about as perfect as it gets. I love this bag!

Slightly big for my waist. But it doesn't bounce, holds everything I need. Perfect for winter riding when I don't need a hydration pack.

I found this by searching online reviews, and I took a chance. It holds my large cellphone, keys, food bars/gels, and other small items. The quality is fantastic -zippers, design, etc., and I literally cannot feel it once I'm into my longer bike rides. I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about this product. It's just plain worth it.

Great pack for mountain biking, very light and comfortable. There is plenty of room for necessities but would not recommend too much weight; like all waist packs, tends to get in the way if to heavy or full. If your the type (like myself) that doesn’t like a hydration packs or stuff in your pockets the Evoc is perfect.

This is everything I fit in this one liter pouch. Have a quad lock for my phone. I could easily fit a little more in it and not using the side or back pockets. This thing just disappears when wearing. You might even reach around to see if it’s still there. Never going back to a full pack unless its a all day epic ride! Never do reviews but this impressed me so much I had to.

So, this is my second Evoc hip pouch; nothing is wrong with my first one, I just love it so much that I had to get my hands on this one as well. It works great for all my MTB trail adventures as well as off-trail. I carry all of my tool essentials in seat and frame bags so, on this pouch I carry snacks, keys, Kipling small wallet, cellphone, backlight (it has a loop where you can hook it on), headphone case (Jaybird round case), and there is still room enough to fit more stuff in there… so, yeah, this is a great bag and I love it.
