The composition of this supplement is exquisite- look at examine.com, all of their ingredients have been confirmed by robust research to actually be effective. In this terms, this product is a 5*. The only bad thing is that it does cause a lot of stomach discomfort .... I just started so I hope it passes - it’s pretty severe but if the product doesn’t cause discomfort for you - then it’s a good one!

I am pre-diAbetic & my Dr had me take Metformin to help reduce my A1c levels a bit. Metformin is tough to tolerate for many people & I was one of them. I’m not super good at eating as best as I should & my Dr wanted me to have some help. I got two bottles from him (office supply no charge) & have purchased since then from Amazon. I wouldn’t say this is a Miracle product or anything, but after 2 months my A1C was down a couple points. This is no substitute for eating properly but I think maybe this is giving me the little support to keep me from full blown Diabetes 2. I’m going to keep taking it & see how I do but for now i’d Give it between a 3 or 4. Update: not so sure it helped after all.

I got this for my sister to try for her blood sugar levels. She says it works great and lowers blood sugars to normal levels. If you haven't tried it, I suggest you do.

I bought this product because of another review. It certainly improve my overall well being. I would like to purchase the one for the neurosystem.

Easy pill to take... hard to say what effect (if any) it has. I assume it does what it claims to do.

Bottle recommends 4-16 daily at 4 per time, large hard to swallow capsule reminded me way too much of the horse pills I was taking but quit for type two diabetes. The ingredients look OK, but hard to judge a composition on such a short period. I have to go back to my normal mantra that they didn't upset my stomach, and I didn't have any side effects, I took 8 capsules (half the potential recommendation) for 3 days, and other than having to have a lot of water to swallow, I did not get sick. I think in the composition from what I see the CoQ10 and milk thistle are likely the most effective. I don't recommend this as I think there are better compounds out there for less. I won't completely pan this as there are some herb packages that cost hundreds of dollars. I've used to completion without any notable drop in A1C or blood glucose, although they were often easier to take.Properly sealed bottle, but they don't mention the usual things like non-GMO, all natural, FDA registered, vegan, gluten free etc. I think they actually qualify for a few of those, but there is no mention on the bottle. Simply the usual warnings about seeing a doctor before taking, and that the supplement is not saying it had not been evaluated by the FDA. It is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. I kind of wonder if diabetes is considered a disease. Of course this is a CYA statement to keep from getting sanctioned or sued, but it doesn't give me much confidence.
