I like the taste of Chai. This tea is a superfood energy tea. You get more antioxidants than kale. Although it has a lot more caffeine than coffee, you can get your nutrients from drinking this tea. It can be a replacement for coffee. You will get an organic boost of energy. I would drink this after going on a long walk, to recharge my energy.

I have fibromyalgia some days I cannot drink coffee but I still need my caffeine this tea has more caffeine than coffee and it tastes amazing and it does not upset my stomach the way coffee does sometimes I really enjoy this tea highly recommend if you can't drink coffee but you need that caffeine boost

I used to be an avid coffee drinker- as soon as I woke up until 2 in the afternoon. I was this way for ten years. Within the last few years, due to health concerns, I have had to give up coffee completely. It was not until this winter, working the graveyard shift, that my body has since completely spiraled backwards. Energy levels are the lowest they’ve been in years. I can’t seem to find the energy to do anything. Some days I can’t even find the energy to get out of bed. Had decent taste. Not bitter. Didn't notice much of the energy effects. However if you like orange tea it is yummy
