Protect you air pump by preventing aquarium water from back siphoning during a power outage. Place in your airline tubing between your air pump and aquarium water to prevent water flowing back down the air lin tip outside diameter: 4~5mm.

Good product
I had to instal a non return valve as my air pump is below the tank level. Before connecting the air pump I had tried it out by connecting the air stone tube to the NRV and kept it throughout the day to obverse weather the valve was leaking, but it did not, the only setback here is that he inlet and/ outlet connection outer diameter are bigger than a standard size tube so i had to heat the tube and slide them into it.
