Got this to work with one of the new iPad Pros. Very happy with the product, holds a charge for weeks with little drop off. Charges fast, especially my iPhone. The only drawback is you have to keep a cable in your bag because unlike the Bolt, this one doesn't have a built in cable. That said, I strongly recommend this power bank. Several friends have bought it on my recommendation and they've been happy with it also. It's very compact, fits into a an iPad size carrier bag or purse without taking up much space. You could even carry it in a pocket (waterproof pocket) with ease. There aren't enough good USB type C power banks out there in this size, but this one is great.

Have been a big fan of Jackery products over the years and this PD portable battery charger is no different! Add top notch customer service, and you’ve got a complete package!Really simple to use, can see the status of charging and draining pretty easily.Using USB-C to lighting cables, can get a quick charge of 50% in close to 30 minutes!! Can get about 2.5 charges for my iPhone Xs before needing to recharge.It’s about the size of a mans wallet for reference.

First off the product name is wrong in the title itself. The reviews belong to two Jackery products neither of which is the supercharge 1000. There isn't a single review about the actual product. The product doesn't even exist on the official Jackery website. The amazon page is riddled with typos and incoherent bits of information. Even if we assume for a moment that this product is legitimate, the design quality is terrible. There are scratch marks and scuffs all over. The product details inscribed are extremely lackluster and the entire unit just screams Fake news. I even tried charging my phone with it and what should otherwise take 40 mins took 1hr 35mins. It's sad that the supplier is using cheap marketing ploys to cheat people into buying illegitimate products and in the process tarnishing another brands name.

No way to recharge the battery with what is provided

Although I very much enjoy the size and capacity of this battery, unfortunately the battery light indicator is a big problem.The lights often remain on for days even after I unplug my peripherals. And the lights are not indicative of how much charge is actually left. So I never have any idea of when I have to recharge it or how much charge I have left.This makes this battery pack very hard to use on a day to day basis, unless I remember to completely charge it fully every night- which defeats the purpose of carrying around a 10000 mah battery that should last me for days and for at least 3 full iPhone charges :-(

Does a damn good job!

I was referred Jackery by my friend Dr./Missionary Archie. He told me he had one for him and one for his wife and they were very satisfied with them. After some research I saw no reason toto buy anything else but the Jackery. After a year of use I bought a second Giant 12,000 for my wife. We both are very satisfied with them. The Giant and my cell phone fit comfortably in my hip pocket. Having my name put on it was an after market project, you cannot order them engraved. They are everything the website says they are. I travel to places in Central America that do not have electricity for several days at a time and the Jackery Giant gets me through the trip. I just bought a Jackery Bolt 6000 for my day trips into the mountains.

Bigger than I thought. Does deliver 18W output to my pixel 2 (showing charging rapidly)But giving the price and 18W output, I won't complain much.
