Philips LEDDimmable BR30 Light Bulb: 650-Lumen, 5000-Kelvin, 11-Watt (65-Watt Equivalent), E26 Base, Frosted, Daylight, 3-Pack

I had 8 lights go out at once, this helped keep the price down and matched the others we already had. Will buy again when more go out. We light the yellow glowing ones, though we have had the whites in the past and they are bright. Overall they do what they say they do. Pictured is the white ones then the yellow.

After an ongoing nightmare of flickering these bulbs seem to have solved the problem! The color is great too. Nice soft white. They are worth the price!

These are good LED floodlights. The ones I received a week ago were 800 lumens, 8.8 W. They light up instantly to full brightness (unlike some other LEDs that say "instant on" but have a half second power on delay). The claim of "over 20 years based on standard usage of three hours per day" is a bit suspect though. I also bought a pack of these a couple years ago and one of them recently sputtered out - sometimes taking several seconds to a few minutes to light up, sometimes not lighting at all.Note that Philips apparently has changed this product a couple times in the last few years. For these BR40 LED, 65 W equivalent, soft white bulbs, two years ago I received ones that were 800 lumen, 10 W. At some point it was replaced with 650 lumens, 9 W bulbs. Then replaced again with 800 lumens, 8.8 W bulbs, which is the current product (what I received). I think that's why the details here says "Customers can receive either 650 lumens or 800 lumens for a short period of time". Seems that's been there for at least a month, and it's unfortunate, as 650 vs 800 lumens is a significant difference in what you get.

This is a plant grow light. I use it for an indoor garden which is nice in the winter.The bulb works just fine, does the job, and seems to last pretty long.

Lights up the kitchen well. I made sure I had the right size but failed to realize I prefer soft white. These are daylight so be sure you order the right brightness.

I have tried many different lights in many different locations, most recently our walk in closet had 2each 150watt incandescent bulbs and tried a number of differing bulbs. FINALLY the philips no flicker warm nailed it.

LEDs are great, but unlike traditional bulbs when they are dimmed they don't change color to a more warm orange, instead they just become less bright. The folks at Phillips actually cracked one of the most nagging things about LED lights - they change color to a very warm glow when dimmed, instead of simply becoming less bright. This is great if you want to create a cozy atmosphere in your dining room, or just want your home to feel "cozy" later in the day by dimming the lights. We've tried many LEDs and this is the only line of bulbs that does this. Look for the "Warm Glow Effect" if you are searching for dimmable LEDs!

I said some issues with some LED bulbs flickering in my kitchen can lights. I did a lot of research I’ve changed plugs I’ve changed breakers, but these lights said they were flicker free and they work excellent. The cheap LED lights from Costco did not work.

As described but not sure if it’s a real 5000k or not cuz it doesn’t look as bright as the other 4000k bulbs.

Uno de los focos se fundió a los pocos días (aproximadamente una semana) de haberlo instalado. Es la primera vez que esta marca me queda mal.La iluminación es justa (no mucha, no poca) lo que esperaba, aunque tengo otros BR30 luz cálida (FEIT) que iluminan un poco más.

Using in basement pot lights. Replaced incandescent bulbs in high use laundry area. Great natural light and noticeable energy savings.
