Q: does this model have a windscreen like the SS10?

I don’t know what the ss10 is or has, but this one has a windscreen around the burner

Q: I m a 71 old woman, have no idea how to hook this thing up, does it come with the instruction, ? How do you light it? Not as same as the bbq grill?

It pretty much comes put together, but yes. Use a long lighter to light the burner.

Q: will this give me the heat I need to fry a turkey? I need between 325 and 350 degrees.

I bought it for frying turkeys and because I cook a lot of them and hoped the stainless would hold up better. It’s not as strong of a flame as an older bayou classic I have. It did get up to temp and maintain but not as quick as even my cheap Walmart clearance cooker. I’m going to experiment with regulators and jets to see if I can make it work better. Bottom line, if it’s not freezing outside and windy, this will work for you. If you’re cooking in a cold environment it may take all it has to offer just to get up to temp.
