Amazing
From an early age I've been a fan and I still am, graphics from DW5 to DW6 have improved drastically and it feels more realistic than 5, 4 or 3 etc l. love the game so much😊. No point buying this one first, start from the beginning to get a better understanding

Dynasty Warriors for the PS3
Being a long time fan of the Dynasty Warriors series I was excited about the latest, 'Next Gen' instalment. The game has its positives, yet it has negatives that prospective buyers should know about. If you have never played DW before, you will most likely enjoy this game - the simple fun of hacking through literally thousands of enemies as a one man army is ever present in this edition - if not enhanced. It is easier to rack up higher kills on this edition, making the game more satisfying. The graphics are also good, not mind-blowing but a decent improvement on the older editions, both in cut scenes and in actual game play. There are also new features, these include your horses being able to level up and gain abilities, being able to call your horse to you at any point in the battle, and a new 'Renbu' system of attack building. Furthermore you can now swim, as can your horse, and you can climb ladders. However, there are significant (in my opinion) drawbacks to this instalment. Possibly if you have not played this series before, you may not notice them or be bothered by them. However, for long time players, there is:- A lack of a bow for all characters except those with it as primary weapon- There are no longer equipable items for characters (somewhat replaced by a new development chart)- There are no bodyguards for players, just a horse- There are less characters overall than were present in older editions- Of these fewer characters, an even smaller number have a Musou Mode story available - most are only able to take part in 'free mode' (this includes previously high profile characters like Lu Meng)- Lack of an 'edit mode', so custom officers are no longer availableOverall, this game is still fun, it still keeps the essential satisfaction and is still great for working off stress or mucking around with a friend (2 player is available in offline, not online). Yet it is something of a disappointment that features of older games have been removed, and the lack of characters available for Musou Mode must shorten the lifespan of the game. I do not know the extent of available characters, but have read reports suggesting only 17 have a story line, and some characters share other character's move sets. It is a fun game, but somewhat let down by a lack of depth.

Good installment
You would have thought that after all these games based on the same novel then they would be so repetitvie that they would stop! But not Koei they have managed to add something new to every game keeping it fresh and new. Now there may be less characters to play as and even less with a story line but i think that with the new targets system that doesn't matter. Would you want to replay the same level with 50 characters doing the same targets?! That would get way to boring. So with the limited playable people that should be eliminated. The game itself is more than just kill the main commander, it is to flatten the enemy! Some of the characters have been altered (not all for the better Dian Wei for example) but once you find a character that suits your style of battle you will be destroying thousands of units within no time! The new skills grid is simple to use and i think that being able to upgrade your horse is a good touch, with the legendary Red Hare being availiable to someone willing to go out and find him! All in all a good installment for the next gen console, and an almost guarenteed classic. Love it long live the legend of Dynasty Warriors!!

Great Game
I have played all the Dynasty Warriors games that have been released and I think this is one of the better ones. I have Dynasty warriors 8 which is the newest one but I just bought this one because I feel it's even better because of the great graphics, good looking maps and and back when they spoke in English rather than just Japanese like the newer ones.

best one of the series
This is a very good edition to the series, the overall feel of the series is heading south with it being overly anime style with the characters which doesn't fit the time of which this is set, in this game it is still the case yet not as bad as the more recent additions. decent game play great back ground music that one is used to in this series. great game overall better than the newer ones in my opinion.

Un Dynasty comme ont les aimes
Fidèle suite de Dynasty Warriors,, les personnages, les histoires détaillés (même si on en a l'habitude et parfois répétitif) vous aimerez jouer à celui-là.
