I use this backpack for travel. It is very lightweight yet very sturdy. It has many compartments that are easily accessible from the front and the main compartment has several compartments as well. The side pockets to hold drink bottles have an extra strap to keep things secure I use this part to hold a tripod for my camera. I travel a lot in Europe and I'm able to use it for hiking in the mountains carrying camera equipment as well as a night's worth of clothes. The chest strap is elastic and keeps weight stable the zippers are strong. It folds small in my checked bag which will makes it easy to take on all trips.

I am planning a trip to Hawaii. I am taking my toddler so I will already have more to carry than I can handle. I have included pictures of how it arrived. I also included pictures of a legal pad for size reference. The picture of the backpack closed up next to the pad is after I completed undid it and put our back together. The way it closes up is the front pouch so it isn't a separate pouch you have to keep track of. Can't wait to use this on my trip.

I have been looking for a collapsible/folding back pack for quite some time now. Found a few but nothing that was really big enough to fit my needs. I travel and just need a day pack that can be stuck in the luggage with little use of weight or space. This one is perfect. Just the right size for a tablet , a camera and support gear. I will also use if for local day excursions and adventures here in Japan. It's not bulky or heavy, the seams are strong for the designed use and so are the zippers. This is five stars not because it's the best in the world but because it came as advertised as a good quality for its intended use. It's also water resistant and while I wouldn't trust in in the rain all day it will take a light shower without moisture penetration.

It's very convenient to carry daily stuff for its suitable size. You can put different things you want in the separated small space.

The fabric and zippers on this bag are very high quality. I have another foldable pack, but the lightweight material continually gets caught in the zippers, which is very frustrating. That bag also has no chest strap, so I have had to continually adjust the shoulder straps. (I finally looped a bungee cord between them, but that wasn't a great fix.) With this bag, the zippers do not catch the fabric and the chest strap keeps the bag and shoulder straps where I want them. This arrived the day my wife was to go into surgery. We had all her things in a big, rather heavy bag. I took everything out of that cumbersome bag and fit it all in this bag with plenty room left over. I often use crutches and having a quality, lightweight backpack is a great convenience. We also travel frequently and this folding bag is very convenient to fold up, stick in a suitcase and unfold and use as needed when we arrive wherever we are going.
