So far so GREAT!! I was so excited to receive this as my last one (different brand, different seller) broke ... twice. I received my order only about 20 minutes ago and immediately opened and tried it out. I love it. It is very easy to use and I love the larger size making it very easy to grip and hold for longer periods. The bits are very easy to install/change and are of very good quality!! The shaver head was a huge plus and a deciding factor in making this purchase. Although I don't recommend it be used on thicker or more course hair, it works great on the facial peach fuz and will be fantastic for quick touch ups on the go. I would love to see replacement bits sold seperatly, but over all this is a great tool, for both beginners and the more experienced. Will deffinately recommend and re purchase!!!

There are a lot of filing tools included with this nail "drill" but they didn't do anything special that you couldn't do with an emery board or buffing sponge. The power is weak, so you really can't use much force. That means you take longer to get the effect you want from it. Maybe that is a good thing for folks who tend to be aggressive with their nails, but not for me. I don't think it is a bad item, I'm just not thrilled with it.

I would not recommend this if you are wanting to use it on acrylic/gel nails. It just does not have the power needed. Lots of tip options that might hold up for awhile on real finger nails. I WOULD NOT Recommend this for artificial nails. Spend the extra money and just buy an electrical file like at the salons. I would rather pay 3 times more for an electrical unit.

This works amazing. It did not come with batteries, cuticle cutters and there is no replaceable heads. Thought I just got it so I'll see how long it lasts because its very nifty. I tell all my cosmetology friends to get it. It shipped quicker than I thought too.

I bought this product on Sep.26 2018,original I was given them 2 star, because of QC, I got my with some minor scratch, and fingerprint on it. is not that expensive, but i do the review just want to bring up their attention, i am surprise they did contact me, off me a replacement. over all I am very happy with them, thay do care of their product and customer, just for this honest and nice customer service, I will definitely recommend + Product itself is not bad at all, we can count on them.

It's a battery eater. It seems like it starts to wane in power within 10 minutes of use. Max usage is supposedly 20 minutes at a time. I've only used this 3 times and have had to change the batteries twice! Even with new batteries, the speed just doesn't get fast enough to really do a decent job, especially for calluses.

Works great! The customer service is excellent & very helpful. While the photos indicate that all of the drill bits have their own connectors, 3 of them don't (the roller heads). However, the instructions on how to switch them out are easy to follow.

I've purchased buffers similiar to this one before, but this is the best. I removed my acrylics and there was glue on my nails, my nails were jagged and in bad shape. I used according to instructions and my nails are so smooth they look and feel like I have clear polish on them. I have horrible nails, very soft, peeling, my cuticles are horrible to control, but this works really great. I love it and I'm going to try and avoid acrylics for a while.
