This chelated formula makes all of the difference for me. I’ve been dealing with months of stress, anxiety and now burn out, and magnesium was the top recommendation when it comes to supplements to help support me through all of that. Although this doesn’t fix everything, I definitely notice a positive difference that I believe makes this worth taking daily. I feel that 9.99 is a great price for the quality of this magnesium. I’ve started out by taking 2 capsules a day in the evening with a small snack like a few roasted almonds and some cottage cheese. If I really feel I need some more support in the middle of the day, I will take 1 with lunch. It definitely helps me with less ruminating, and less spiraling thoughts. The rest is up to me to manage better, and set better boundaries, but I definitely believe this magnesium has been a great supportive tool for me.

As someone who has a very sensitive stomach with a history of ulcers, Bronson's Magnesium Glycinate formula is fantastic. Unlike multiple other brands I have tried online and retail, this is by far the gentlest on my sensitive stomach. The Magnesium Glycinate formulation is chelated for enhanced absorption. My doctor indicated I was low on magnesium and recommended I also take it in the evening to help me sleep. Compared to other brands, the calming and sedative effect was enhanced by it being chelated for high absorption. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but it is nice that this supplement is for those who are. I don't have a gluten or soy allergy, but this supplement is. I am impressed with the high absorption and effectiveness for my needs. Tablet size is average and easy to swallow. I was actually impressed to see a customer service email address and phone number on the bottle. I take a number of supplements from other brands and wasn't able to find contact information. I don't know if I would ever use it, but it is nice to see a brand that offers support. This is my first time trying the Bronson brand but having that contact information give me the feel that the company stands by its quality. Highly recommend this supplement.

I take this before bed and I stay asleep the entire night,no tossing, no 3am wake-ups. It helps my body fully relax and I wake up feeling rested instead of groggy. Such a simple but effective sleep upgrade.

i have adhd and take strattera and these are a life saver. they are gentle on the stomach and go so great together with my medication. i take them at night or in the evening and they have no effect on my stomach yet they bring my mood up so much and i feel soo much calmer. i wake up feeling stronger once taking them at night and notice a clear difference when i don’t take them. 5 stars will be purchasing again
