Here's the deal: if you are seriously overweight, this isn't going to suddenly make you slim and trim. However, it does a good job of squeezing in those few extra holiday pounds before an important meeting. I recently started grad school, got busy with family life, stopped consistently working out, and gained about 15-20 pounds. I'm a fairly big dude normally (usually around 240), but I can definitely feel those extra pounds. While I work on getting them off, this was a fair enough stopgap measure. It is thin and breathable, which allows you to wear an undershirt over it, as desired. Basically, if you have a touch of extra pudge that you would like to keep under wraps, this will do the trick for a very fair price. If you're bursting at the seams, it's not a miracle worker.

These shirts are way more comfortable than I expected. The shirt stretches smoothly without wrinkling or riding up your torso. I expected that the shirt would ride up and "pucker". Instead, it stays smooth and supportive all day. My sides are nice and smooth. No more little roll at the waistband of my underwear. The shirt keeps me looking toned, smooth and supported the entire day. So comfortable that I bought enough of them so I have one to wear every day. They wash perfectly and are so lightweight they can be worn under anything without showing any lines. AMAZING !

I believe this product works wonders on people who are actually fat. According to the measurements I would be needing a medium size for this product. I ordered and it was tight but it wasn’t effective about gynecomastia. So I returned it and bought the smallest size. I got it and it was still too large for my body. I wish somehow they would make xs or xxs for people like me, I’m not really fat but I do have man boobs and I believe the product is great but could be improved by adding smaller sizes

I have several under armour shirts that I really like, tried to go the less expensive route, and while there is nothing particularly WRONG with this shirt, it is not even in the same class as the under armour. Guess if you want the high quality you have to pay for it, so going back to my original brand.

Great material, super smooth texture so that it doesn’t show under dress shirt, comfy fit ! Wasn’t sure my husband was going to like it...but he has ordered an additional one!

I had a bariatirc bypass a bit over 3 years ago. I lost more than 200lbs. I'm bodybuilding to fill up my loose skin but compression shirt help me control my 'moob's and 'batwings" as they get filled in. I don't need extremely strong compression anymore but I bought a size small and it offered no compression at all. If you're buying a shirt to help you control moobs or loose underarm skin, don't waste you time or money with this product. Unless your current size is about two sizes larger.

Material was really wired and the neckline was all distorted and weird looking.

Nice compression that works well and smooths out my upper body for dress shirts. If you are looking for true compression this is not going to help, but it does help keep a slimmer shape.
