Great product, have been using it for almost a month now. The water tastes really good. Easy to use, technicians were quick to resolve the issues from setting up the purifier to helping us with the details. Great performance and value for money in the under sink category.

I recently purchased the under-counter RO filter from AO Smith, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. As someone who values clean and pure drinking water, I am extremely satisfied with the performance and quality of this filtration system. First and foremost, the installation process was a breeze. The technician kept following up until the RO filter was delivered. The installation was done the very next day we received the package from Amazon. Within no time, I had the filter up and running, ready to provide my family with safe and great-tasting water. One of the standout features of the AO Smith under-counter RO filter is its exceptional filtration capabilities. It effectively removes a wide range of impurities. The resulting water is crystal clear and free from any unpleasant odors or taste. I can confidently say that our drinking water has never tasted better. The RO worked fine for a few months but has been not working since about a month and half now. Initially there was no problem but then this is the second time that it is not working and now they have told me that there is a problem with the PCB. And have been waiting for the same since about a month now. The build quality is ok and the water also was good. But the problem that a new RO keeps breaking down makes me feel it was not worth it to purchase such an expensive RO. However, i must mention that the procedure of the company to provide service is a good one. Neither do they close an existing call without an OTP from the customer nor do they they reschedule one without it. That I really liked. However, if an active complaint has been in the system for more than a month, there should be an intimation atleast if not an action from their end. All they say is that they themselves are waiting for the PCB to arrive. Will update if anything changes.

The product is good. But be careful with the support. You may need to be very persistent to get problems solved. But eventually it does get solved.

Product is good as the build quality is good. The RO is proper purification of the water. No issues found after months of use. The installation was smooth and dis not need to do much of following up. If you looking for a RO for under the sink then you can go for it as it is value for money worth the price

The product is good and looks are awesome. It goes under sink and takes very less space. 5ltr storage is sufficient for family of 4. It do not have option to set TDS aa per your requirement which is already mentioned in product description. It gives 20TDS output which is very low and has no health benefit. Installed additional cartridge from local shop to add essential minerals in water and increased TDS to 50. Thats personal choice what you want in your water.but over all purifier is good and looks good too. The service was quick and fast. The day it got delivered , got call from service centre same day and by evening it was working in my kitchen.

I was looking for an under the sink water purifier 5 months ago and decided to go for AO Smith which had better ratings on Amazon than Kent. Pros - Looks good Compact No problems with water pressure. Water tastes good - probably die to very low TDS (averaging 7 at my home) - but this could be listed under cons if you are health conscious Cons - 1. Faulty product 2. Replacement parts unavailable 3. Poor, highly unprofessional service Our experience: - Stopped working within a month of purchase with power light flashing. Since then it has been a 6 weekly affair of calling AO Smith and a technician coming to fix the problem, and us switching to buying mineral water till repairs wee complete. - The latest occassion has been the last straw. This time when the RO broke down 3 lights started flashing. - 7 days down, and repeated assurances later 'Regret the inconvenience', 'matter has been escalated' from the service centre over WhatsApp chats : 1. Nobody has showed up 2. Technician over the phone says this is a very common problem and motherboard needs to be changed. 3. There is zero credibility to what they say - at any level. Area service provider first says it will be resolved '99% today' then doesn't respond to calls. Assigned technician says the request had gone to an outsourced agency which no longer has ties to AO Smith. 4. Next day AO smith says 'part will arrive today and will be replaced by technician (name and number) provided today. Nobody comes , neither technician nor ASM is responding calls. 5. Customer care shares the number of Regional Service Manager - who is also unresponsive to calls. 7 days and counting in peak Delhi summer with no resolution and customer service of the worst possible standard. At the current cost of daily water purchase I would be able to recover cost of a new purifier within a month. This experience on a premium water purifier within warranty period, I wonder what the experience will be outside it and for other AO Smith products. I will never purchase an AO Smith product ever again and I would strongly advise researching beyond reviews and ratings on Amazon before purchasing products that your day to day living depends on. AO Smith is clearly gone to market with an inadequately tested product, is not being forthcoming in owning the problem (the product continues to be on sale!) and do not have a working customer service/operations at least in the NCR region. So beware.
