Excellent for increasing speed and endurance
This resistance running parachute from High Pulse is a great tool for anyone who wants to increase speed and stamina. The muscle resistance you get running with this chute is similar to running uphill, through water or running against the wind. The resistance builds the fast-twitch muscles. It is excellent for runners or training for any other sport.The product came packaged in a sturdy box. As you can see from the pictures, it can be folded up tight and stored in the yellow bag when you're not using it. The parachute itself is made of quality material that seems like it will hold up well over time. The adjustable waist strap is included also and you can easily connect it to the chute.I'm looking forward to using it more and think our daughters will love it too. One plays tennis and the other plays volleyball.

The High Pulse resistance parachute is constructed well and definitely gives you resistance! Being 5’9 and 180 lbs, I went with the medium size and it adds plenty of resistance for me. It's light and everything fits in the carrying bag, I'll most likely just leave it in the car. The belt comes with three loops, so u can attach it to the side for side shuffling lateral drills as well. Excited to add this to my training arsenal!

Purchase something else
Cheaply made - super thin cheap material that does not give much resistance at all when running. Belt strap also is not very adjustable, especially for an 8 year old.

Bought 2.Only used them twice soo far,but good for my u12 soccer team. Will update to 5 after a few more uses..seems a lil daintily construscted and only got one pair of those promo laces
