As advertised.
The product worked fine, and was straightforward to install. The brass enclosure is a little deeper (sticks out from the wall more) than is currently fashionable. Also, the brass color is a little bit more silverish than the gold I had inferred from the picture. But all in all much better than having my electrician come over install some cheap garbage for 100 quid.

Disappointed
Having purchased a new centre LED light fitting was looking for the appropriate dimmer switch. Having tried all the usual DIY shops without any luck turned to Amazon. Picture shows bright shiny switch but in reality it is very dark. As for the dimmer it does not dim as much as our previous dimmer did with standard light not sure if this is normal but whatever we are stuck with it as its all we can get.

Transformer faulty
This has worked perfect for the first year but had to get an electrician to check it as it stopped dimming the lights. The transformer has gone wrong so will need to replace it

It does the job
It looks nice and appears very similar to the MK product it replaced after 40 years! I hope that I get the same life out of this one!

Excellent dimmer switch, Excellent price
By having a dimmer setting switch incorporated makes it easy to set the minimum light without the bulbs turning off completely, a great function.

Did not work!
Received this switch & it wouldn't dim. Light came on but no dim. Electrician had already been out to do this & the matching switch socket for me. Was told the dimmer module must be faulty. Contacted seller to see if they could refund or reduction so that I could just buy another dimmer module (minimum £10 for led compatible) they refused. Said they would need item back. I offered to send a video showing the light did not dim but still refused. Have now had to go & buy a plain white dimmer switch & exchange the module over. It worked so the dimmer module in this light is faulty. £11 out of pocket for the new dimmer & extra cost to get Electrician to switch dimmer. No empathy/understanding whatsoever from seller.
